Serbian Patriarch receives Ambassador of Bulgaria

His Holiness Porfirije, the Serbian Patriarch, received His Excellency Petko Doykov, Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of Serbia at the Patriarchate Palace in Belgrade on 21 July 2021.

In a cordial conversation between the Primate of the Serbian Orthodox Church and the Ambassador of Bulgaria, the importance of all-around work on strengthening good relations between the two peoples on all issues and at all levels was emphasized. On the same occasion, Ambassador Doykov conveyed to Patriarch Porfirije the fraternal greetings of His Holiness Patriarch Neophyte of Bulgaria

The audience was attended by First Secretary of the Embassy Mr. Violin Markov, Third Secretary of the Embassy Mr. Dimitar Vasilev and the Head of the Office of the Serbian Patriarch Deacon Aleksandar Prascevic.
