Slava of the Royal family Karadjordjevic
Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine, celebrated today The Royal Family’s Patron Saint Day – Saint Andrew the First Called in the Royal Palace in Belgrade.
With the blessing of His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch, in the Court's chapel of St. Andrew the First Called the Divine Liturgy was led by His Grace Bishop Lavrentije of Sabac with the concelebration of His Grace Bishop Jovan of Sumadija, protopresbyter-staurophor Dr Vladan Perisic, docent of the Faculty of Theology of the SOC, presbyter Nebojsa Topolic, secretary of the Office of His Holiness Serbian Patriarch, protodeacon Stevan Rapajic, secretary of the Church court and the Office of His Holiness Serbian Patriarch, deacon Ivan Gasic and deacon Nikola Janicic.
Following the end of the Divine Liturgy there was cutting the slava cake in the Blue Room of the Royal Court.
