His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch, officiated the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy at the Ascension of the Lord in Belgrade on 1 August 2017.
He was concelebrated by the local clergy.

The First Hierarch of the Serbian Church arrived at the Cathedral church of the Diocese of Sabac followed by the host, Bishops Lavrentije of Sabac and Milutin of Valjevo, Director of the Office for Cooperation with Churches and Religious Communities Mileta Radojevic, PhD; Bishop’s deputy protopresbyter-stavrophor Mirko Vilotic, Director of the Administration Office of the Serbian Patriarchate protopresbyter-staurophor StojadinPavlovic and many other ecclesial and secular personalities.
