St. Demetrius Day in Konjevrati

On the feast day of Holy Great-Martyr Demetrius His Grace Bishop Fotije of Dalmatia served the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in the church dedicated to this saint in Konjevrati with the concelebration of priests and monks of the Diocese of Dalmatia.

The Holy Liturgy was attended by many believers of the parish of Sibenik, and especially from the village of Konjevrate who worshipped this saint as their protector. Following the end of the Holy Liturgy the slava cake was cut,the slava wheat was blessed and a procession was done.  After that Bishop Fotije held a sermon regarding today's feast day.

The table of love was prepared in the premises of the C.C. Sibenik and there an initiative on the continuation of the restoration of the brotherly house in Konjevrati was launched.
