Stewardship Sunday was celebrated on Sunday, November 12, 2012 at the St. Stephen the Protomartyr Serbian Orthodox Church in Lackawanna, New York.

Father Rastko Trbuhovich asked that all of the Stewards commitment cards be collected in a tray, which was then placed in the middle of the Church as an offering to God. The entire parish read the Prayer of Stewardship Offering which asks God to bless these Stewardship commitments. The Liturgy was followed by coffee hour and a presentation by David Batrich, National Chair of the Stewardship Committee.

During the presentation, Father Rastko and David focused on the many areas that define Stewardship and the need for everyone to make a commitment of their Time, Talents and Treasures. One parishioner noted that "Stewardship is important for our Church, our faith and necessary for our salvation as we will be held accountable."
