Sunday of Orthodoxy in Djurdjevi Stupovi Monastery

On the first week of the Great Lent - Sunday of Orthodoxy, 21 March 2021, His Grace Bishop of Budimlje-Niksic and Administrator of the Metropolitanate of Montenegro and the Littoral Kyr Joanikije officiated the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy with the concelebration of the clergy of Berane and the brotherhood of the monastery in the monastery of Djurdjevi Stupovi. 

After reading the Holy Gospel, the congregation was taught by the hieromonk Pavle (Pajić), who spoke about the Sunday of Orthodoxy. At the end of the holy service of God, Bishop Joanikije addressed the archpastoral sermon, congratulating the feast of the Resurrection of Christ and the victory of the Orthodox over the heresies of iconoclasm at the VII Ecumenical Council.
