On Saturday June 3 and Sunday June 11, the Serbian School and Sunday School attached to St. Luke Church of Washington DC, respectively ended their school years.

The Serbian School, on this day, celebrated their Slava (Ss. Constantine and Helen) completing its second year, finished the year with a short play, singing and kolo dancing, to the delight of their parents and teachers.

Honored Kum was Consul General of the Republic of Serbia Ljubomir Postic. The St. Luke Sunday School, in addition to recognizing the acomplishments of our students, this year recognized two graduating seniors, Nikola Bibic and Antonije Eremic, as well as Nikolai Soric who is moving with his family to Moscow, Russia. As is traditional finished off their school year with a picnic and barbeque.
