Today, 16 December 2014, His Beatitude Daniel, Patriarch of Romania, blessed three missionary spaces. Members of the Holy Synod of the Romanian Orthodox Church, patriarchal and eparchial counsellors, as well as employees of the three new missionary spaces were present.

The three missionary spaces, the Orthodox Bookshop of church books and objects, a new seat of Basilica Travel Pilgrimage Agency of the Romanian Patriarchate and the Missionary cake shop are situated within the social cultural centre of Saint Andrew the Apostle of the Romanian Patriarchate in Regina Maria Bd, block P5B.

To end with the blessing service, His Beatitude Patriarch Daniel said: “We congratulate those who organised these three missionary spaces. The Archdiocese of Bucharest took this part for the Orthodox Bookshop, and the Romanian Patriarchate took over another part for the pilgrimage seat. The “Missionary” cake shop is just across them”.
