Woman in the Bible: International Scientific Conference in Athens

An international scientific conference with a very interesting theme is organized by the Hellenic Bible Society in Athens, today Friday and tomorrow, Saturday. It is entitled “Woman in the Bible” and expected to shed light on the many aspects of a timeless and important subject.

The conference will feature prominent scholars and clergymen, including: f. Vassilios Thermos, Pantelis Kalaitzidis, Myrto Theocharous, Panos Nikolopoulos, Timoleon Galanis, Angeliki Ziaka, Konstantinos Belezos, Jorrun Økland, Aikaterini Tsalabouni, Korinna Zamfir, Eleni Karagiannis, f. Theodoros Kontidis, and Reverend Meletis Meletiadis.

The conference will take place on Friday, December 13, at 5.30pm and Saturday, December 14, at 9.30am in the Conference Center “Europe” on the mezzanine of the Titania Hotel on 52 Panepistimiou Street.
