80 years since the murder of King Alexander I
On the Royal court the exhibition dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the tragic murder of King of Yugoslavia Alexander I Karadjordjevic
Besides His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander II and Princess Katarine, the opening of the exhibition was also attended by His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch, who addressed many representatives of the diplomatic corps, cultural and public life of Serbia.
The author of the exhibition “80 years since the murder of King Alexander I” was Mr. Dusan Babac, member of the Crown Council, and visitors of the exhibition can enjoy in items which present the time of the rule of King Alexander. Several his portraits were showcased, as well as an original film from 1934 which displays murder and the funeral of King Alexander. The exhibiton “80 years since the murder of King Alexander I” will be opened until October 23rd, 2014, open on weekdays from 11 a.m. (to announce a visit call 011 306 4007).
