Bishop Atanasije at Vavedenje Monastery

Today's feast day of the 20,000 Holy Martyrs of Nicomedia was  officially celebrated with the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy at the Vavedenje Monastery on Senjak in Belgrade. The Holy Hierarhal Liturgy was served by His Grace Bishop Atanasije of Hvosno. During the Holy Liturgy, Bishop presented the hagiography of the holiday, which formed a message to the people how to live in Christ and with Christ, as did all our ancestors.

Following the Holy Liturgy there was a table of love, opulently prepared by heogumene mother Anastasia with the sisterhood.
