Centennial of the Liberation of Thessaloniki

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the liberation of Thessaloniki, which was organized by the Hellenic Culture Fund, His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch attended a concert of spiritual music.

During the concert entitled 1912: Musical Memories at the premises of the Hellenic Culture Fund, the Serbian Byzantine choir Mojsije Petrovic performed hymns devoted to the Lord, The Most Holy Thetokos and Saint Demetrius, the protector of the city of Thessaloniki, and other folk songs from various parts of Greece.
