Construction of monastery of Sts. Cosmas and Damian on Zlatar

With the blessing of His Grace Bishop Filaret of Mileseva  the construction of the monastery complex began on Zlatar. Besides the church which is dedicated to Holy Unmercenary Physicians Cosmas and Damian  the refectory is also buing built with an area of 700m2, which will serve for the life of monks. The monastery will be a gem of Zlatar which is already known throughout the world for its beauty. The planned consecration of the monastery will be held on the Patron Saint's day on July 14, 2010.
