Easter in Zagreb

The most joyous Christian feast day of the Resurrection of  Lord Jesus Christ was solemnly celebrated in all churches of our Metropolitanate. His Eminence Metropolitan Jovan of Zagreb-Ljubljana served the Easter morning service  and the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in the Cathedral church of the Transfiguration of our Lord in Zagreb with the concelebration of Zagreb's priesthood. 

Lots of believers, mostly children received the Holy Communion. At the end of the Liturgy Metropolitan Jovan congratulated all the believers the greatest Christian holiday of the Resurrection of Lord Jesus Christ with Christian greeting CHRIST IS BORN - INDEED HE IS RISEN. 

Metropolitan Jovan also served Easter vesper service in the Cathedral church in Zagreb.
