Festival of Serbian Gusle Players of Montenegro

In Bijelo Polje from June 29-30, 2012 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the First Balkan War and the return of the Serbs to Kosovo and on the 100th anniversary of the liberation of Bijelo Polje and the church of Saint Apostle Peter and Paul (1912-2012) and in memory of Saint Lazar, the Great Martyr of Kosovo and with him knights suffered in the Kosovo Battle - Saint Vitus Day, VII Festival of Serbian Gusle Players of Montenegro was held. 

The Association of Serbian Gusle Players of Montenegro "Dusan's Empire", the Church community Bijelo Polje and the Gusle Players Society  "Petar Perunovic" from Bijelo Polje organized this festival with the blessing of His Grace Bishop Joanikije of Budimlje-Niksic.
