Metropolitan Amfilohije served Divine Liturgy in Greek military camp of the KFOR in Urosevac

Upon the invitation of the colonel Iorgos Hadjiteophanos, the commander of the Greek forces of the KFOR in Kosovo, Locum Tenens of the Diocese of Raska-Prizren and Kosovo-Metohia, Metropolitan Amfilohije, visited on November 3, 2010 a  military base of the Greek KFOR " Rigas Feraios" near Urosevac and served the Divine Liturgy in a side chapel of St. Christopher. /photo gallery/

Metropolitan Amfilohije served the Divine Liturgy with the concelebration of the Greek military chaplain fr. Marinos, protopresbyter-staurophor Zivojin Kojic, protosyngellos Michael (heugomen of St. Archangel monastery), presbyter Sava Smigic and hierodeacon Peter Decanac.

The Divine Liturgy was attended by around twenty officers and soldiers of the Greek KFOR, the head of the Greek office in Pristina, Dimitris Moshopoulos and three sisters nuns from the nearby Archbishopric of Skopje.
