Metropolitan Jovan meets with ambassador of France in Croatia

Metropolitan Jovan of Zagreb-Ljubljana received a visit of Mr. Јеrоме Pаsquiеr, the ambassador of France in the Republic of Croatia. The theme of this meeting was a situation of the SOC and its people in Croatia.

Metropolitan Jovan informed the guest about the problems we face like the return of property, restoration of churches and other sacred objects, the cooperation of our Church and the state authorities. It was also discussed about an attempt of the restoration of the Croatian Orthodox Church.
