Patriarch John X of Antioch attended the Thanksgiving Liturgy, officiated by New Syriac Orthodox Archbishop of Homs

In the presence of His Beatitude Patriarch John X, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II, concelebrating with His Eminence Mor Timotheos Matta Al-Khoury, the new Syriac Orthodox Archbishop of Homs, presided over the Thanksgiving Qurobo (Liturgy) for the latter’s end of ministry as Patriarchal Vicar at the Syriac Orthodox Patriarchate in Damascus.
His Beatitude John was accompanied by Their Graces Bishops Ephrem Maalouli and Mousa Al-Khoury. In his speech, his Beatitude congratulated His Eminence Mor Timotheos Matta for his new position, wishing him a blessed and fruitful ministry.
