Monastery Slava Celebrated at the Meeting of the Lord Monastery in Escondido The Meeting of the Lord Monastery in Escondido, near San Diego, celebrated its Monastery Slava on Saturday, February 15, 2020.
His Grace Bishop Maxim of the Western American Diocese of the Serbian Orthodox Church celebrated the Holy Hierarchical Divine Liturgy. Concelebrating with His Grace were Protopresbyter-Stavrophor Lazar Vasiljevic, Protopresbyter Rev. Milovan Katanic, and Deacons David Williams and Vladan Radovanovic.

His Grace Bishop of the Metropolitanate of Australia and New Zealand Siluan was on his canonic visit to the parishes of Perth in the period from 6th till 11th February 2020.
His Grace the Bishop, accompanied by protodeacon Miodrag Tomic, was warmly welcomed by clergy of the city of Perth with whom he was discussing about the life of the Serbian Orthodox Church of Western Australia.

His Holiness Irinej, the Serbian Patriarch, received His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, President of the Moscow Patriarchate's External Church Relations Department at the Patriarchate of Serbia in Belgrade on February 18, 2020.
The meeting was attended by members of the Holy Synod of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Their Graces Bishops Irinej, Jovan of Sumadija and David of Krusevac, as well as Their Eminences Metropolitans of the Montenegro-Littoral Amfilohije and Porfirije of Zagreb-Ljubljana.

A presentation of the book “An Outline of Orthodox Faith” written by Metropolitan Hilarion of Volkolamsk (Alfeev) took place in the crypt of the Church of St. Sava, Belgrade, on February 17, 2020.
Contemporary Catechism, written on three hundred pages (with photographs) divided into 66 sections under the title “An Outline of Orthodox Faith” by Metropolitan Hilarion of Volkolamsk and in the edition of the Representation of Serbian Patriarchate in Moscow and the publishing house "Pravoslavac" from Sabac, was presented in the crypt of the Church of St. Sava in the Vracar district of Belgrade, on February 17, 2020. The book was translated from Russian by Bishop Anthonije (Pantelic) of Moravica, Vicar Bishop of the Serbian Patriarch.

On Sunday,26th February 2020, a prayer of supplication to The Most Holy Theotokos was held in the Orthodox Cathedral of St. Basil of Ostrog. On the same day in the afternoon, the faithful believers gathered in the monastery of Ostrog and with the blessing of St. Basil of Ostrog they set off their journey to the Orthodox Cathedral in Niksic.

His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Irinej received His Eminence Metropolitan Ilarion of Volokolamsk, chairman of the Moscow Patriarchate’s Department for External Church Relations, at the Serbian Patriarchate in Belgrade on February 17, 2020.
The reception was attended by members of the Holy Synod of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church: Their Graces Bishops Irinej (Bulovic) of Bachka and David (Perovic) of Krusevac, Bishop Stefan (Saric) of Remesiana and Vicar Bishop of the Serbian Patriarch as well as by the principal of the Moscow Representation in Belgrade, Archpriest Vitaly Tarasev, and by deacon Alexandar Prascevic, secretary of the Serbian Patriarch's Office.
