Prayerful remembrance of Serbian Patriarch Pavle

On the occasion of the death of Serbian Patriarch Pavle, His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch will serve the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy and the memorial service in  Belgrade's Cathedral church with a beginning at 7 am, while His Grace vicar Bishop Atanasije of Hvosno will serve the Holy Liturgy and the memorial service in the monastery of Rakovica with a beginning at 8 am.

As a small credit of the Church to its faithful people and to all who recognize in the personality of Patriarch Pavle a beacon of the Resurrection of Christ or, as the people of faith, or people of good will, are ready to accept his short but wise message Let us be humane! - the Information and Publishing institution of the Serbian Orthodox Church in the cooperation with the Ministry of Faith of the Republic of Serbia as the token of the remembrance of Serbian Patriarch Pavle and days of his magnificent send-off, published the photo album From Death into Life. Blessing of bells and crosses of the New Belgrade church of St. Simeon the Myrrh-Gushing

 
His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch served the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in the church of St. Simeon the Myrrh-Gushing at New Belgrade. On this occasion Serbian Patriarch blessed the bells and crosses which were donated by pious families: Starcevic, Malbasic, Rebrenovic, Trifkovic and Petrovic. 

Archbishop Jovan serves the Divine Liturgy in Novi Sad

On Sunday, 22nd after Pentecost, on November 13, 2011 His Beatitude Archbishop of Ohrid and Metropolitan of Skopje kyr kyr Jovan served the Hierarchal Divine Liturgy in the Cathedral church in Novi Sad with the concelebration of His Grace Bishop Irinej of Backa, priests, deacons and the faithful people of God.

His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch received today on November 11, 2011 in the Serbian Patriarchate in separate visits Professor Dr Radmila Milentijevic, the children choir Magic which is led by Mrs. Leontina Prat, a delegation of the Christian Cultural centre, as well as the delegation of the Coalition of the association of the refugees in the Republic of Serbia.

Patron Feast's Day of Seminary of St. Arsenije in Sremski Karlovci

The Seminary of St. Arsenije of Srem in Sremski Karlovci on November 10, 2011 celebrated its protector and patron. On the Eve of the feast day, the solemn vigil service was served by His Grace Bishop Vasilije, who was concelebrated by His Grace Bishop Andrej of Remesiana, vicar and envoy of Serbian Patriarch Irinej.
