From 28-30 October, the Volos Academy for Theological Studies held the first international conference and honorary event entitled "Metropolitan of Pergamon John Zizioulas: Person, Eucharist, and the Kingdom of God in Orthodox and Ecumenical Perspective." In Kosovska Mitrovica yesterday the feast day of St. Great Martyr Demetrius was solemnly celebrated. Marking the Day of St. Demetrius, the city's Patron Saint's Day of Kosovska Mitrovica, began with the feast day's Liturgy and the procession which went through the north part of the city. The Holy Liturgy in the church of St. Great Martyr Demetrius was served by His Grace Bishop Teodosije of Raska-Prizren with the concelebration of vicar Bishop Jovan of Lipljan and the priesthood of the Metropolitanate of Montenegro and the Littoral and the Diocese of Raska-Prizren.
