Patriarch Porfirije solemnly welcomed in East Sarajevo

His Holiness Porfirije, the Serbian Patriarch,  Metropolitan Hrizostom of Dabar-Bosnia and hierarchs of the Serbian Orthodox Church were welcomed by thousands of faithful on Serbia Square in East Sarajevo.

As part of his visit to the Metropolitanate of Dabar-Bosnia, His Holiness Porfirije, Serbian Patriarch visited East Sarajevo on October 17, 2021. Serbian Patriarch of Porfirije was welcomed by Mayor Ljubisa Cosic, mayors of six municipalities, MPs and numerous faithful people. His Holiness was accompanied by Metropolitans Hrizostom of Dabar-Bosnia and Joanikije of Montenegro and the Littoral and Bishop Andrej of Austria-Switzerland.

His Holiness Porfirjje, the Serbian Patriarch, Metropolitan Hrizostom of Dabar-Bosnia and hierarchs of the Serbian Orthodox Church on Serbia Square in East Sarajevo were welcomed by thousands of faithful who were addressed by Patriarch Porfirije and Metropolitan Hrizostom.

At the end of the official visit to the Metropolitanate of Dabar-Bosnia, Serbian Patriarch Porfirije visited the mountain Jahorina.
