Patron Saint's day of members of Anti-terrorist unit in Lipovica

On May 7, 2011 the Patron's feast day of the St. George the Great Martyr was celebrated in the base of Anti-terrorist unit (PTJ) in Lipovica near Barajevo.   

At first, there was a honorary greeting to President of the Republic of Serbia Mr. Boris Tadic and Minister of Internal Affairs Mr. Ivica Dacic along with the intonation of the anthem Lord, Give Us Justice. Then His Grace Bishop Jovan of Sumadija cut the slava cake with the concelebration of the local priests.

In the base of the Anti-terrorist unit of the Ministry of the Interior, in the presence of the President of the Republic Boris Tadic and Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic the Day of this unit and the Patron Saint's day - St. George's Day was celebrated. President Tadic was welcomed by the guard of honour and the commander Goran Dragovic, and among invitees there were director of police Milorad Veljovic, director of the BIA Sasa Vukadinovic, vice president of the Government Jovan Krkobabic, and representatives of the diplomatic corps, among which was also the ambassador of Russia Alexander Konuzin.
