Praying memory of Bishop Danilo of Budim of blessed repose

With the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Pavle of Serbia, and on behalf of His Eminence Metropolitan Amfilohije of Montenegro and the Littoral, Bishop Atanasije of Hvosno, the vicar of the Patriarch served today at a church of the Entrance of the Theotokos into the Temple, at a monastery of the Entrance of the Theotokos in Belgrade, a Holy hierarchal liturgy with the concelebration of six priests and two hierodeacons and deacons. At the end of the liturgy Bishop served a memorial service to Bishop Danilo of Budim of blessed repose.

His Grace Bishop Atanasije (Rakita), then delivered a speech regarding memories of Bishop Danilo, as a priest of the Serbian and later the Ecumenical Orthodox Church, his great missionary work and spiritual work in general.

At the end of the speech he thanked Very Reverend Abbesses Anastasia and Makarija, monasteries the Entrance of Theotokos into the Temple and Sokolica, which every year take care along with its sisterhoods to prayingly remember in a decent manner Bishop of the blessed repose.
