His Grace Bishop Teodosije of Raska-Prizren and Kosovo-Metohija served on the feast day of St. John the Baptist the Divine Liturgy at the Banjska Monastery, in the chapel devoted to Saint Great Martyr Danilo II the SerbianЊегово Преосвештенство Епископ рашко-призренски и косовско-метохијски Г. Теодосије на Јовањдан је служио Свету Архијерејску Литургију  у манастиру Бањска, у капели посвећеној Светом Архиепископу Данилу II Српском.

Chief of the delegation of the European Union Mr. Leopold Maurer visits Diocese of Budimlje-Niksic

The chief of the EU delegation in Montenegro His Excellency ambassador Leopold Maurer accompanied by the spokesman of the Delegation Mr. Dragan Mugosa on January 19, 2012 visited the administrative seat of the Diocese of Budimlje-Niksic in Niksic.

In an cordial and open talk with Bishop Joanikije of Budimlje-Niksic ambassador Maurer exchanged opinions regarding mutual themes important for life and functioning of the Diocese of Budimlje-Niksic, and also about the issues regarding the status and the condition in which was today the Orthodox Church in Monetenegro.

St. Sava celebrated in Split

On Sunday, before the St. Sava's Day (January 22, 2012) at the Church community of Split St. Sava, the first Serbian Archbishop has been celebrated according to the tradition. On this occasion His Grace Bishop Fotije of Dalmatia served the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy with the concelebration of priests of the Diocese of Dalmatia in Split.

Monongahela river blessing

With the archpastoral Blessing of His Grace Bishop Dr. Mitrophan, every year during the celebration of the Feast of Theophany, parishioners and friends of the St. George Serbian Orthodox Church in  Carmichaels, Pennsylvania gather on the banks of the banks of the nearby Monongahela River under the Masontown Bridge for the annual river blessing. This year the blessing took place following the Divine Liturgy on Sunday, January 22, 2012.

Shenango river blessing

A new tradition began in the Pan Orthodox community of the Shenango Valley in Northwest Pennsylvania on Sunday, January 22, 2012 as parishioners from the local Orthodox parishes gathered Sunday afternoon at the Shenango River for a Theophany celebration and the blessing of the Shenango River. The Shenango River is a principal tributary of the Beaver River in western Pennsylvania. It also briefly flows through small portions of northeastern Ohio.

Epiphany in Stuttgart

On the occasion of Epiphany, His Grace Bishop Konstantin served on January 18, the feast day's vesper service in Göppingen and performed Epiphany's water blessing. On Epiphany, His Grace Bishop served the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy and the Great Water blessing at the church of Synaxis of Holy Serbs in Stuttgart.
