His Grace Bishop Joanikije of Budimlje-Niksic consecrated  on Saturday, September 29, along with the priesthood the church of Holy Apostles Peter and Paul in Cafa Prijedolska.

Remembrance of the suffered in Jajinci

With the blessing of His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch, His Grace Bishop Atanasije of Hvosno attended the Central commemorative manifestation in Jajinci.

The central state manifestation devoted to the preservation of the remembrance of the innocently suffered during the World War Two at the scaffold in Jajinci near Belgrade was organized last Saturday, October 6, 2012 by the Government Committee for fostering tradition of the liberation wars of Serbia. On this occasion His Grace Bishop Atanasije met with representatives of the state and militar leadership, foreign military ataches in Serbia, as well as survived camp inmates among those was Mrs. Dusica Milacic who was born on May 21, 1942 bv her mother Radmila Rajkovic.

Serbian Patriarch Irinej visits Patriarchate of Alexandria

His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch, accompanied by Their Graces Bishops Jovan of Sumadia and Andrej of Remesiana, protopresbyter-staurophor Milutin Timotijevic, rector of the Prizren Seminary of Sts. Cyrill and Methodius in Nis, and deacon Aleksandar Sekulic, went on Friday, October 5, 2012 on the first visit to the Patriarchate of Alexandria after the election and coming to the throne of the Serbian Patriarchs.

Prayerful gathering near the catafalque of Prince Paul

His Grace Bishop Irinej of the Metropolitanate of Australia and New Zealand led today, on October 5, 2012 the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in Belgrade's Cathedral church.

After the Liturgy, Bishop Irinej served the requiem to Prince Paul, Princess Olga and Prince Nikola s Karadjordjevic. The Bishop was concelebrated by Their Graces Bishop Atanasije of Hvosno and the priests of Archbishopric of Belgrade-Karlovac. с

The remains of Prince Paul, Princess Olga and Prince Nikola  Karadjordjevic will be displayed in the church until 17. In the afternoon hours they will be transferred to Oplenac.

Serbian Patriarch Irinej receives Romanian delegation

His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch received today, on Octobar 4, 2012 at the Serbian Patriarchate in Belgrade Mr. Dan-Radu Zatreanu, member of the Romanian Parliament, and Mr. Daniel Banu, Ambassador of Romania in Serbia with his associates. The reception was attended by His Grace Bishop Andrej of Remesiana, vicar of Serbian Patriarch.
