Dormition council in Moraca monastery and commemoration of death of Patriarch Pavle
His Eminence Amfilohije Archbishop of Cetinje and Metropolitan of Montenegro and the Littoral and His Grace Bishop Jovan of Dioclea served in the Moraca Monastery on the occasion of the monastic Patron feast day - Dormition of the Theotokos and commemorating 60 years since the death of Serbian Patriarch Gavrilo Dozic, former Metropolit of Pec and Metropolit of Montenegro and the Littoral, the Divine Liturgy with the concelebration of priesthood and the believers. /PHOTO GALLERY/
Ambassador of the Russian Federation Mr. Jakov Fedorovich Gerasimov, Ambassador of Ukrain Mrs Oksana Slyusarenko and the Republic of Serbia Mr Zoran Lutovac.
There was a procession around the monastic church and the slava cake was consecrated. After the consecration of the memorial plate representing Patriarch Gavrilo in bas-relief, also the monastic library was consecrated.
