XII Orthodox Children's Assembly in Cetinje

Under the motto "Country celebrates our Saviour" in Cetinje yesterday, organized by the Metropolitan of Montenegro and the Littoral, XII Orthodox Children's Assembly was held  with a participation of more than a thousand children from all over Montenegro, as well as guests from Sabac and Kikinda.

This year the assembly was dedicated to 160th anniversary of the death of Metropolitan Petar II Petrovic Njegos and 300th Anniversary of the establishment of spiritual and diplomatic connections of Montenegro and Russia.

The manifestation began with the Hierarchal Divine Liturgy in the Cetinje monastery which was served by His Eminence Amfilohije Archbishop of Cetinje and Metropolitan of Montenegro with the priesthood of Metropolitanate.

The assembly was attended by the ambassadors of Russia and Ukraine in Podgorica Andrej Nesterenko and Oksana Sljusarenko.
