His Holiness IRINEJ, Serbian Patriarch served today, on a feast day of Saint Mark, the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in Belgrade church dedicated to this apostle of God with the concelebration of Their Graces Bishops: Longin of Nova Grachanica, Mitrophan of East America, Irinej of Australia and New Zealand and Atanasije of Hvosno.

May 2010 - 11:06After the Divine Liturgy celebrated on 6 May 2010 at St. George's on Poklonnaya Hill, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia met with members of St. Michael's patriarchal choir in Belgrade led by the rector of the cathedral and artistic director of the choir, Archpriest Peter Lukic. The choir has come to Moscow with the blessing of Patriarch Irinej of Serbia for the 9th Easter Festival.

Great jubilees of our Holy Church

Yesterday at the Faculty of Orthodox Theology in Belgrade, the Academy was held on the occasion of the celebration of two great jubilees of the Serbian Orthodox Church in 2010 - 90 years since the renewal of the Pec Patriarchate (1920-2010) and 60 years since Patriarch Gabriel reposed (1950-2010). The dean of the Faculty of Orthodox Theology in Belgrade, His Grace Bishop Irinej of Bachka welcomed the guests, firstly His Holiness IRINEJ, Serbian Patriarch and Bishops of our Church.

Holy Synod of Serbain Orthodox Church on session in April 29th 2010. proclaimed two new saints of the Serbian Orthodox Church Venerable Justin of Ćelije and Symeon of Dajbabe. Venerable Justin will be venerate on June 1st/14th, and Venerable Symeon on March 19th/April 1st.
