Bishop Andrej on Cukarica

With the blessing of His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch Bishop Andrej of Remesiana served the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in the church of Saint George in Banovo Brdo in Belgrade.

Exaltation of the Holy Cross in Caracas

The celebration of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross began with feast day vigil service in the Russian church of Saint Nicholas in Caracas which was served by archpriest Pavle Volkov and presbyter Aleksandar Djurdjevic.

The feast day's Liturgy was served by His Eminence Archbishop of Cetinje and Metropolitan of Montenegro kyr kyr Amfilohije, who as Bishop-Administrator of the Diocese of Buenos Aires and South-Central American for the second time is in the canonical visit to Caracas and Venezuela. The Metropolitan was concelebrated by priests Pavle and Aleksandar and protodeacon Igor Balaban, and the choir of the Russian church chanted.

Father Pavle Volkov, who was born in Serbia where his father was priest and speaks Serbian fluently, presented Metropolitan Amfilohije with an icon of the Most Holy Theotokos.

Feast Day of Saint Great Martyr Nikita in the monastery of Duboki Potok

At the monastery Duboki Potok in Ibarski Kolasin the feast day of Saint Great Martyr Nikita was solemnly celebrated, where the part of his relics is being kept. The Holy Liturgy was served by Bishop Teodosije of Raska-Prizren with the concelebration of the abbot and the local priests. At the end of the Liturgy the Bishop blessed and cut the slava cake, congratulating slava to abbot Romilo and celebrant Rade Dobric from Zvecan.

Bishop Atanasije serves on Exaltation of the Holy Cross in Vavedenje monastery

- Bishop Atanasije of Hvosno on the feast day of the Exaltation of the Cross served the Divine Liturgy in the Vavedenje monastery on Senjak. He was concelebrated by many priests and Divna Ljubojevic and the Melody choir chanted. Many people with children gathered in the church.
