Slava celebration in San Francisco Parish

On Sunday, September 30, 2018, His Grace Bishop Maxim served Hierarchical Divine Liturgy at St. John the Baptist Serbian Orthodox Cathedral for the celebration of the Cathedral’s Krsna Slava.
Fr. Vasilije Cvijanovic from Moraga parish, Fr. Zoran Savic from Oakland parish and Fr. Djurica Gordic co-celebrated in Hierarchical Divine Liturgy. Following the Divine Liturgy, the Slava banquet was held in Church hall. Etno group Iskra participated in the program by singing beautiful folk songs. Many parishioners from Bay Area attended this year’s Cathedral Slava.

Slava of the Eastern Diocesan Federation CSS, and the local parish CSS at Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church on Raccoon Rd in Austintown, Ohio
On the feast of Dormition of the Most Holy Mother of God and Ever Virgin Mary, the clergy of the Cleveland and Pittsburgh Deaneries, members of the Eastern Diocesan Federation of the Circles of Serbian Sisters (CSS) and faithful came together with His Grace, our Father and Bishop Irinej to celebrate the Holy Hierarchical Liturgy and the Patronal Feast – Slava of the Eastern Diocesan Federation CSS, and the local parish CSS at Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church on Raccoon Rd in Austintown, Ohio.
