On Thursday October 27, (Ven. Mother Paraskeva – St. Petka) Serbian government and military officials visited St. Stevan of Decani, Serbian Orthodox Church in Columbus Ohio. The members of delegation were: Ambassador of Serbia H.E. Djerdj Matkovic, Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Jovica Draganic, Defense Attache Colonel Dragan Galic (Defense, Military, Naval and Air Attaché) Defense AttacheLieutenant Colonel Dalibor Ogrizovic (Assistant Defense, Military, Naval and Air Attaché).
Waynesburg University Students Come to St. George Church

Saturday October 29, 2016 two classes of students from Waynesburg University in Waynesburg Pennsylvania came to St. George Serbian Orthodox Church in Carmichaels, Pennsylvania to perform community service work.
The students are in classes taught by Dr. Ezekiel Olagoke and Dr. Richard Romanos Pierce. Dr. Olagoke is a member of St. George Serbian Orthodox Church. Dr. Pierce is Orthodox and attends St. George Church frequently.
His Grace Bshop dr. Mitrofan visited Hamilton on his first canonical visit

On October 23, his grace bishop dr. Mitrofan visited Hamilton on his first canonical visit. St. Nicholas Cathedral on Nash Road along with St. Nicholas Church on Barton Street and the Church of St. George Niagara Falls awaited their new bishop.
Serbian Patriarch officiated Liturgy at Mali Mokri Lug

His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch, officiated the Holy Liturgy in the church of Saint Triphon at Mali Mokri Lug at the outskirts of Belgrade on 30 October 2016.
His Holiness Patriarch Irinej blessed church frescoes rendered by Deacon Slavoljub Radojkovic and a newly installed marble iconostasis, an achievement of Deacon Miladin Djuric. The Patriarch awarded with the Patriarchal Grammata the principal of the church, Archpriest-Stavrophor Ilija Djuric, parish church choir Holy Prophet David and some laymen.
Saint Athenogenes church consecrated at Vucji Dol, Montenegro

The church of Saint Athenogenes on Vucji Dol was consecrated solemnly and conciliarly on the feast-day of Martyr Longinos the Captain, on Saturday, 29 October 2016.
His Eminence Amfilohije, Archbishop of Cetinje and Metropolitan of Montenegro and the Littoral; Their Graces Bishops Grigorije of Zahumlje-Herzegovina, Joanikije of Budimlje-Niksic, Kirilo of Dioclea and retired Bishop Atanasije of Zahumlje-Niksic consecrated the church and served in that church with the concelebration of many priests and monks from various dioceses.
