Archbishop Jovan celebrated in Skopje and Bitola

On the feast day of Holy Greatmartyr Demetrius, His Beatitude Jovan, Archbishop  of Ohrid and Metropolitan of Skopje, celebrated the Holy Liturgy at the sidechapel of Holy Martyr Ekaterina in Skopje. On 20th week after Pentecost, His Beatitude served at the stauropegic monastery of Saint John Chrisostom in Bitola.

His Grace Irinej Visits St. Luke Serbian Orthodox Parish

On Saturday, October 29th, His Grace Bishop Irinej presided over Great Vespers at St. Luke Serbian Orthodox Church which was celebrated by the parish priest, Father Aleksa Micic. At the end of the service Father Aleksa introduced the new Bishop to our parishioners, acknowledging the Bishop’s significant accomplishments and demonstrations of dedication to our faith.

The Serbian Patriarch solemnly welcomed in Cyprus

His Beatitude Chrysostomos, Archbishop of the New Justiniana and All Cyprus, welcomed His Holiness Serbian Patriatrch Irinej in front of the Sacred Archdiocese of Cyprus on the 10^th of November 2016. (Photogallery).

A solemn doxology rite, in presence of Hierarchs, clergy and numerous faithful who came to greet the Serbian Patriarch, was celebrated in the church of St. John the Theologian. The Primates of the two sister Churches had conversations in the Synodic of the Archdiocese of Cyprus.

His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Irinej  pays an irenic visit to the Orthodox Church of Cyprus from November 9 -16, 2016.

At the invitation of His Beatitude Chrysostom, Archbishop of Cyprus, His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Irinej arrived in Larnaka in the evening on 9th November 2016. His Holiness and the delegation of the Serbian Orthodox Church were welcomed at the airport by Archbishop of Cyprus and the members of the Holy Synod of the Church of Cyprus.

Patron saint-day of the church of Saint Demetrius in New Belgrade

On the occasion of the church Patron Saint-day, His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch, officiated the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in the church of Saint Demetrius the Myrrh-gusher in New Belgrade on 8 November 2016.

The festal gathering commenced with a solemn welcome of His Holiness Patriarch at entrance to the churchyard of the New Belgrade’s church. The Serbian Patriarch was welcomed by the principal of the Saint Demetrius church protopresbyter-stavrophor Rajko Nedic, clergy and pious people, representatives of the Jugoimport SDPR company.

Bishop Grigorije of Zahumlje-Herzegovina visited the capital of Sweden – Stockholm from 2-7 November 2016

After the meeting with His Grace Bishop Dositej of Britain-Scandinavia, with whom he celebrated the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in the church of Saint Sava in Stockholm, Bishop Grigorije visited in the capital of Sweden, Syrian bishops Shaba and Benyamin as well with whom he exchanged experiences of life of the two Churches.
